Flaxman Wines Reserve Cabernet is made with small, handpicked parcels of fruit purchased from local growers near the winery in the Eden Valley.

The wine is only made in limited quantities. After open fermentation, the wine is pressed and matured for two years in seasoned French oak barrels. It is typically not fined or filtered at bottling.

Red purple, Flaxman Wines Reserve Cabernet is medium bodied with dark fruit flavours and long, fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
